Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ceramify (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Ceramify is a platform that helps pottery importers build container orders, obtain freight estimates, place orders with factories, and track order status. Ceramify facilitates the ordering process; the underlying sale of goods is between you and the supplying factory.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account and business information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.

3. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
Fees are stated at checkout and are exclusive of taxes unless noted. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan you select.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

4. Orders, freight & contracts

Quotes, freight estimates, container-fill figures, and discount terms shown in the Service are provided for planning and may vary based on factory confirmation, carrier availability, and final measurements. Trade terms set by a factory (such as payment schedules and volume discounts) are agreements between you and that factory. Ceramify is not a party to those contracts and is not responsible for the performance of factories or freight providers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, disrupting the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Ceramify and protected by law. You retain ownership of the data you submit and grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that quotes, estimates, or third-party information are error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceramify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from transactions between you and factories or freight providers.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
