This Privacy Policy explains how Ceramify ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform for ordering containers of pottery ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information — your name, work email, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), company name, role, and website.
Business & order information — company legal details, billing and shipping addresses, destination ports, the products and quantities in your container orders, and your import preferences (volume, categories, freight choices).
Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage information — basic analytics such as pages viewed and actions taken, used to improve the Service.

2. How we use your information

To create and manage your account and provide the Service.
To process orders, generate quotes, arrange or estimate freight, and communicate order status.
To process subscription payments and send related receipts and notices.
To provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, including Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and freight quoting partners used to estimate shipping costs. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies & storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember session state. These are required for the Service to function.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
